Eric Girard is your guide during this key transition. Experienced managers and leaders will also benefit from the tips and tricks shared on the show. Eric interviews guests from around the world with expertise in leadership, management, empathy, emotional intelligence, productivity, feedback, cultural competence, coaching, storytelling, engagement, and other management and leadership and management topics.
