In today's episode I discuss the fact that rest is a requirement, meaning it isn't earned. I believe that both directly and indirectly a lot of individual's receive constant unhealthy messages surrounding rest throughout their life. Rest is too often associated with reward, and it's beyond problematic. Living a life with an absence of rest can lead to severe negative health issues, and so much more.
