Joanne Monck was David for 58 years of her life and in this episode of The D&Igest she shares her journey from childhood to now- as an OBE award winner for her contribution towards transgender equality and a D&I advocate.   We had goosebumps when we heard Joanne share her story, but her courage and will to do make a mark in this world truly inspires us.
