Benson is also half of the DJ duo Wilpower, a project he shares with DJ Philip Webb. His DJ career began in 2000 when he started distributing "podcasts" through online DJ communities. Later he became resident at Rain on 4th in Austin, TX. In his career, Benson Wilder has played events for Purple Foundation’s Pride and Purple Party Weekends, Splash Days, Furball, Honeypot, Bear Dance and others. His eclectic, energetic sound blends the worlds of tribal, circuit and house music, delivering pulsating rhythms, soaring melodic vocals, and a special sound designed to inspire and electrify his audience.
