Как следствие, валюты развивающихся стран, в числе которых и рубль, уже отыграли практически все августовское ослабление, связанное с эскалацией торговой войны. Европейский центральный банк заметно смягчил свою монетарную политику, запустив новую программу скупки финансовых активов и снизив ключевую ставку до -0.5%. Теперь внимание участников рынка будет направлено на заседание ФРС и пресс-конференцию Д. Пауэлла.
