This week we talked to Sidney Bird, a self-proclaimed pop neon-western artist based in New York. A new cook turned kitchen pro, she has amassed a wellspring of knowledge and plans on taking on pasta next. Her younger years in theatre led her to tv and comedy and all the way back to music which she is now pursuing.
