90 Sheriffs Rebel Against Governor, Refuse to Enforce Ban on Guns | Facts Matter

Last week, the governor of Illinois signed into law a new bill making it illegal for anyone in the state to purchase, manufacture, or sell a semi-automatic rifle or a high-capacity magazine—meaning that within the borders of the state, it is now illegal to buy or sell over 170 different types of semi-automatic firearms. As politicians across the country are attacking the Second Amendment and slowly taking away people’s right to own guns, county sheriffs are starting to rebel.
