DWW: Steph, Curt, and Jasmine From Work

Steph's BF Curt has to train a new girl at his work named Jasmine. She was instructed to call or text Curt any time she has a question/issue. But soon the texts and phone calls started happening OUTSIDE of work hours... is something else going on here besides a "work relationship"?
