DWW: Erica, David, and Being the "Backup Plan"

Erica is worried that she is only a "back-up" plan for the guy she is currently dating. She feels like he loses interest, and just when she starts to pull away, he does something to keep her around, or "on the hook." She's close to being OVER it, but wonders if this relationship is still worth saving...
