Maurice encourages us to chase our own version of success even if it’s different from society’s expectations and completely detached from the accumulation of money or status.2) No matter how much you want to make per month in real estate, the first number you need to figure out is your budget for basic needs: rent, food, gas, etc. Once you hit that number, life changes—stress is minimized and you can work on scaling what you have over worrying about monthly bills.3) When investing in apartment complexes, focus on a city with good job stability and steady population growth. Also, look for economies of scale, since the value of a multifamily is not just the rent, but in how operationally efficient you can be—to increase net operating income not just by increasing rent but by decreasing expenses as well. How to find himWebsite - www.trylifeon.comInstagram - @mauricephilogeneListen to his first episode here We got nominated for a Webby award!
