He wrote a book titled Making the Most of Your Veterans Affairs (VA) Home: An Active Duty Service Member and Veteran’s Guide to Home Ownership Loan Benefits which is available on Amazon.  Highlights Make sure you find the right agent, there's nothing wrong with switching agents if it's not a good fit.  There is no limit to the number of times that a VA loan can be used. There is also a VA Rehab loan. It's never too late to use the VA Home Loan. There is no credit requirement for it and there is no purchase price cap. As long as you qualify for the home, you can buy it. Learn from your mistakes, don't let it stop you from investing.
